Stone Shade Studio Interiors provides professional interior design, project consultation, and related services. The scope of each project is defined in the individual service agreement or quotation provided to clients.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

 Payment Terms

All project fees and charges are as specified in the quotation or invoice provided by Stone Shade Studio Interiors. Payment terms include:

  • Advance Payment: Required to initiate materials and scheduling.

  • Milestone Payments: As agreed in the project quotation or contract.

  • Final Payment: Due upon project completion or delivery of services.

Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or other agreed-upon methods. Delayed payments may result in project delays or suspension of services.

 Intellectual Property

All designs, images, content, and creative work produced by Stone Shade Studio Interiors remain the intellectual property of the company. Clients are granted usage rights only as defined in the service agreement.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of our content is strictly prohibited.

 Project Terms & Conditions

  • All project timelines, deliverables, and milestones are outlined in the service agreement.

  • Changes to scope may result in revised timelines or additional charges.

  • Stone Shade Studio Interiors is not liable for delays caused by client unavailability, unforeseen circumstances, or third-party suppliers.

 Warranties & Limitations of Liability

  • We strive to provide professional and high-quality services.

  • Our liability is limited to the total fees paid by the client for the specific service rendered.

  • Stone Shade Studio Interiors is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.

 Right to Suspend or Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or suspend services to any client who:

  • Violates these T&C

  • Engages in unlawful or unethical behavior

  • Fails to meet payment obligations

 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These T&C are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or the services provided shall be resolved amicably through mutual consultation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be escalated to the appropriate courts in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala.

 Modifications to Terms

Stone Shade Studio Interiors may update these T&C periodically. The latest version will always be posted on our website. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
